SYNOPSIS

Rodgers & Hammerstein’s final collaboration, The Sound of Music,
became one of the world's most beloved musicals. Filled with iconic
songs like "Climb Ev'ry Mountain" and "My Favorite Things", it won five
Tony Awards and five Oscars.
Based on Maria Augusta Trapp’s memoir, the story follows a joyful
postulant who becomes governess to Captain von Trapp’s seven
children, bringing music and warmth to their home. As Nazism rises in
Austria, the family faces a life-altering decision.
